1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kkdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the kkdb website at kkdb.bar, or using any service or feature offered by kkdb, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kkdb platform.

These Terms apply to all areas of the kkdb platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish games, the VIP Club, promotional offers, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support interactions. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the kkdb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. kkdb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be verified.

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You are using the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is lawful for you to access. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kkdb complies with applicable laws in your location.
• You are not employed by kkdb, nor are you an immediate family member of a kkdb employee, in a capacity that would give you access to non-public information about platform operations, game outcomes or odds.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, syndicate or third party for the purpose of betting or playing games on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kkdb or had an account suspended or terminated by kkdb for a breach of these Terms that has not been formally resolved with kkdb.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the kkdb platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the kkdb platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, kkdb reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and to withhold or recover any funds deposited or won across those accounts.

KYC Verification

kkdb is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or bonuses can be processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence) dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot or confirmation showing your mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad account).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkdb account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kkdb will never ask for your password via email or message. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify kkdb immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your kkdb account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kkdb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment processor.

kkdb does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms. kkdb is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors. All deposits must be for personal entertainment purposes only — kkdb does not accept deposits intended for any commercial, business or third-party purpose.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by kkdb's verification team. This policy is in place to ensure payment security and to prevent money laundering. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account KYC verification is not complete, your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 1 to 4 hours of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Bank transfer withdrawals: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard business hours or on public holidays in Bangladesh may be subject to additional processing delays.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kkdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which are published at the time the bonus is made available.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific conditions of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, the payment method used for the qualifying deposit, the game category in which the bonus may be used, and the time period within which the bonus offer is valid. kkdb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and free spins awarded by kkdb are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated in the bonus terms for that offer. When calculating whether the wagering requirement has been met, only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count towards the requirement. The following conditions apply to bonus wagering:

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for the offer. Bonus funds that remain unused at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance simultaneously, real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are used.
• kkdb reserves the right to cancel bonus offers or to withhold bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a bonus in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offer.
• No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.

Bonus Abuse

kkdb monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; creating multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit offer mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkdb reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the kkdb platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets before confirmation. kkdb will not void or amend bets on the basis of player error after a bet has been accepted by the system, except in the specific circumstances described below.

Void Bets

kkdb reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a bet was accepted due to a manifest technical error resulting in materially incorrect odds or game parameters; where the outcome of a sports event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption by a competent sporting authority; where kkdb has reasonable grounds to believe that the player placing the bet had access to inside information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on kkdb are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. kkdb does not interfere with game outcomes and has no ability to influence them. Game results are final. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session or slot spin, kkdb will investigate and, where possible, reconstruct the state of play at the point of disconnection. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.

Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league at the conclusion of the event. Where an event is postponed, abandoned or otherwise not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless the specific sport's rules provide otherwise and those rules are published by kkdb at the time of bet placement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkdb platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, the voiding of all pending and settled bets, the forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances held in the account, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the kkdb platform, whether in your own name or under any other identity, for any purpose whatsoever.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during the registration process, during KYC verification, or in any subsequent communication with kkdb's support team.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit bonus mechanics, or engage in any form of coordinated unfair play.

8. Responsible Gaming

kkdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing its players with the tools and information necessary to manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. kkdb recognises that for a small number of players gambling can become problematic and is committed to providing meaningful assistance to those players.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly); session time limits and reminders; self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely; reality checks at intervals of the player's choosing. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkdb platform, including but not limited to the kkdb brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio clips, data compilations and game content, is the property of kkdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the kkdb platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of kkdb.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkdb platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, resell or commercially exploit the platform or any content on it; collect and use any product listings, descriptions or prices; make any derivative use of the platform or its content; download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkdb, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the kkdb platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if kkdb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, kkdb specifically excludes all liability for the following:

• Any interruption to, suspension of, or termination of the kkdb platform or any service offered on it, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss suffered by a player as a result of unauthorised access to the player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any financial losses resulting from participation in betting or gaming activities on the platform, including losses resulting from bets placed on events with incorrect or outdated odds that were not the result of a manifest technical error by kkdb.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

kkdb collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The manner in which kkdb collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside these Terms. By using the kkdb platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kkdb implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions between players and the platform. Player financial data is not stored in plain text on kkdb servers. kkdb does not sell, rent or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit player consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kkdb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. When changes are made to these Terms, the revised version will be published on the kkdb website with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, kkdb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically and to ensure that you are aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the kkdb platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the previous version of the Terms before the amendment was published.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kkdb platform. Any dispute arising from your use of the kkdb platform should be directed in the first instance to kkdb's customer support team at [email protected]. kkdb will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable period, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as determined by kkdb and communicated to the player at that time.
